I booked the appointment for my little girl 3rd birthday treat- she was so exited!!!! It was also her first ever haircut. When arrived at the venue and said we have the haircut booked- the gentleman just said- “ sorry but I m busy I can book you in for Sunday if you want” he didn’t explain why no one informed me about the the changes and couldn’t care less. We walked out and my daughter started to cry- my heart absolutely melted. What a horrible experience!!!!

Ahmed went above and beyond. I had messed up my hair by doing my own home dye. He spent four hours helping me fix it. I absolutely love the blonde and it’s the best colour I’ve ever had. He will now be my go to hairstylist.
