Ahmed is great - really chatty and makes you feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend.
If I could rate this a zero I would, as I never got my haircut, I waited for half hour. I had an hour and half parking sorted, in the end there wasn't enough time to cut my hair. I complained to the manager, they said they would come back to me and a week later, but I am still waiting...for a response of who knows what for. I waited before posting this review, in the hope the manager would come back to me, but again just shows poor service. Why take on another customer 10 min before my appt, knowing very well you wouldn't be done on time and would keep your customer waiting for 30 min?
Had a great experience at the salon, warm and friendly staff, nice coffee on arrival and was seen straight away - no waiting! I love my hair cut and can’t fault the over all experience.
