Frosina did an amazing job restyling my hair. I had been unhappy with my previous cut and decided it was time to change hairdressers, and was so delighted that Frosina really understood what I wanted and gave me a wonderful haircut. I plan to return and can highly recommend to others.

Monika was really friendly and helpful in choosing the best method and colour for my hair. The hair cut was good but quite hurried and could have been a bit more thorough.
Went in last Saturday, showed them a pic of the sort of ombre I would like - ended up as a disaster.
I was initially taken care of by Monica who then swapped with Frosina. The colour is too yellow, starts too high (literally at the top of my head), doesn’t blend at all (although I paid for the toner too), it all looks like highlights that have grown out (3 inch roots) and my hair is naturally dark. £100 down the toilet - no refund. All I got offered was another appointment with the same lady... which I have not accepted for obvious reasons. When asked if she had ever done ombre before she smiled and replied ‚I am not going to discuss that with you’.
Had a consultation with two other hair salons and the hairdressers agreed it just looks like unkept ROOTS.
If I could upload the photos of what my ‚ombre’ looks like I would... shame there is no such facility on Treatwell.

Svetlana was amazing. She was so friendly and really put me at ease. She does excellent work and I can't recommend her highly enough. I'd give her ten stars if I could.
