Was expecting all hot wax but some strips were used too. Might not have gone had I known that but sveltana was very good and I didn't have a much sensitivity as I normally would with strip wax. Would definitely go back, it can be unnerving going to a new wax lady (!) but svetlana made me feel really comfortable at ease
