I booked last minute in the morning before the salon had even opened but she was expecting me when I got there and gave me a warm welcome. Svetlana the beauty director is amazing! She's so friendly and puts you at ease. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the end result. It's a little bit pricier than other waxes I've had but with service like that, I didn't mind paying a few quid extra!
