I had a lovely experience when visiting Euphoria for the first time. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My waxing was very good and even relaxing. I will definitely be going again, and would recommend.

Svetlana is a true professional and excellent at what she does. She uses all top quality products and takes great pride in what she does hence why I am now a regular!
The customer service was lacking in some areas, I was kept waiting and was not offered drinks/ magazines. The haircut and finish were nice, but I was made me feel very uncomfortable after the hair cut, when I was told the 'finish' was not included in the price and would normally be an extra £25. This should be made clear before it is done. The overall experience was disappointing.
