My staff member was rushing so had to ask her to go over cuticle work and she had missed parts on 3 toes with the gel plus speaking in her language everytime I had to let her know something wasn't quite right. It's lovely in terms of cleanliness

horrifying experience, the worse in Hackney. The wax wasn’t hot, she started waxing my bikini line with wax that wasn’t properly heated. It hurt so much, but I thought I can go though this. Then, the wax was pipping hot and burned the skin of my intimate area. I asked her to stop, she didn’t. The wax was everywhere, it got so messy. She asked me to not leave a bad review and she will give my money back by taking my bank details. I trusted. But she didn’t pay me. Mani is her name
