Left feeling really disappointed with my manicure, especially given I’d paid £50 and specifically requested chrome w/ nail art. The technician was fast asleep when I arrived at the salon and woke up when her colleague called her. Kept trying out different styles instead of the one I had repeatedly shown and asked for. 45 mins in told me that her colleague would do the treatment if I could wait. Final outcome isn’t what I expected but I was so exasperated I had to leave. Won’t return.
Unfortunately not the experience I’d expected as I’ve been given a different “deluxe” treatment to what I originally booked on Treatwell and had to pay a significant amount of extra money. Please get the basics right: properly check in your customers when they arrive and communicate clearly what extra treatment you’re performing. I wasn’t even asked properly about the colour I’d like which made the experience feel like a conveyor belt. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend the salon.
