I had never had a massage before never mind a deep tissue massage. I was made to feel at ease and the process was described to me.
The whole process from start to finish was very relaxing and very dignified as well.

Nellie was an absolute gem, really took the time to listen to what I wanted to do with my hair and explained each step of the process. Now I absolutely love the cut and colour of my hair, thank you!
