The appointment was 2.5 hours despite it stating it was only 35 mins when booking. I wanted nail art and was told I could have it for extra, so I went for a plain colour assuming I could have the nail art. The technician couldn’t do the nail art, and having been there for 2.5hrs already I didn’t have the energy to ask for a brighter colour so I’ve left with plain nails. My cuticles are cut up and sore, and the equipment wasn’t in any solution so wasn’t sterile. Really lovely people so a shame
