Therapist seemed in a rush, didn’t remove the hair properly. I had to point out a few times areas that were missed. The wax wasn’t all removed properly - I had tiny bits left on my arm which I had to peel off myself.

Highly recommended for children’s haircuts, especially if you have a child on the autistic spectrum or with related special needs. My ten-year-old is non-verbal and can get quite anxious over haircuts but the space was quiet and relaxing (booked an end-of-day 4:40 appointment which may have helped with that), the staff patient, calm and accommodating, and the haircut looked great! There’s also disabled parking fairly nearby (next to the Gregg’s just south of Lancaster Road). Will book again.

It's quite a basic salon but the staff are extremely friendly and kind and did a lovely blow dry for me.
