I booked and paid for a wash cut and blow dry. What I got was something completely different. I showed a picture of a cut to be told she could not do that I would have to go back another day! I then asked for a trim to which the stylish blow dried my hair leaving loads of brushing in. Did not ask if I wore a fringe which I do! just blowed dried no cut even though I had paid on line for one. Did not even realise my hair was naturally CURLY WILL NOT GO BACK AND WILL NOT USE THE APP AGAIN

Lovely lady, was seen to promptly and felt relaxed. I was a little late for the appointment, but thankfully the therapist was understanding and there were no issues I would go again
