My nails turned out pretty good but I didn’t entirely enjoy the experience. The manicurist spoke to me only for the absolute basics - to ask what colour I wanted & to tell me to swap hands under the UV lamp. Apart from that she didn’t speak to me at all, even when she accidentally caused my cuticle to bleed & had to put something on to stop the blood so she could continue. When another customer came in, she chatted to her / her colleague while still working on me, so it felt awkward.
