Painful intimate waxing experience. The hot wax was extremely hot and the therapist did not change the temperature despite me asking.

I booked myself im for arm waxing, brow tints and a massage. Prior to lockdowns I hadn’t paid much attention to my appearance and treating myself. Coming out of lockdown I knew this had to change. The whole experience was lovely, very calm and beautiful salon, both therapists were welcoming and lovely people, I felt great throughout and am intending to return monthly. Thank you folks and see you again soon!
