The massage itself was wonderful and Jade was lovely… but I was annoyed that I paid the stated £66 on treatwell, then the receptionist stopped me from leaving and asked me to pay another £11 blaming treatwell not being right. When checking later on the price on here was £66 so that took the shine off the experience and would make me nervous to book again.
