The salon needs to not allow bookings when they don't have the staff - I had to prepone my visit due to this. Also the previous visit they weren't ready despite moving the booking 30 minutes from the scheduled visit time.
Administration seems to be lacking otherwise good salon, the lady doing the treatment was good.
