I called Evita to confirm my booking and that's when they pushed the appointment ahead by 30 minutes and when I arrived on the day the treatment did not start for another 20 minutes after the new start time that they had requested
The wax was not ready for use and several times the lady had to go and sort it out
Difficultly communicating as lady did not speak English although the staff was very polite
The treatment could have been much better if preparation was done better

Very smart decor. Clean but seemed to be Turkish more geared to even the music very surprised luxury pedicure only had a plug in foot spa no electric dryer for nail polish on feet had a problem but I rang went back they fixed it straight away all ways seem to me never display prices of the various treatments you might want something else done while you are there

The experience was amazing, I felt very welcomed and was very pleased with the customer service. The facial was amazing, my dark circles were reduced greatly and so many people were complementing about how bright my skin was. The only downfall was that my face became very red, especially on my nose, I had red marks as though it was bleeding and people also asked about that, the other thing was I felt as though my complexion was darker, not sure if this is because the products they use don't protect you from the sun or you just get very easily burnt with them on your face. I hope this review was helpful but definitely give it a go and try for yourself.

The ladies there are very bubbly and friendly. This was my 1st visit. The lady that did my hair was very good, and gave me a nice cut and blow dry, I would go back again, and am glad I found this place.
