So, I've had the CACI non surgical facelift before in Harley street making my expectations pretty high. I was really pleased with the facial! The beauty assistant did a fantastic job but considering she wasn't aware is had one before, I think it would have been great if she could explain the procedure or at least ask if I had any questions. It didn't bother me much but for someone who's never had one it'd be nice to know what's going to happen and discuss any concerns. The value however is exceptional!! I will certainly be going back and I've actually booked a different treatment with them to coincide with the rest of my treatments.

Facial was ok. My skin feels great.But staffs lack professionalism.Didn't get the relaxing experience I was expecting. Would not recommend.

Booked for full hair color plus highlights for 70 pounds instead of 140 and 2 hours. First the called me to change my appointment since they could't do it the day and time i had made the booking through the system.
When i got there they said they had to charge me 90 pounds instead of 70 because i had long hair. Or they could do half of my hair (really?)Others have two prices if they are working like that.
Agreed to have only full hair color for 40 pounds. Because they dried my hair they charged 55. Offer? Not really. Don't waste your time to visit them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

i did underarm waxing but after the night hair was already started to grow, it's not my first waxing but i haven't had anything like this!
