I arrived for my haircut and Marc was running very late (again - this has happened twice before, once I was actually double-booked and subsequently my haircut was rushed and substandard), I would normally just wait, except no effort was made when I came in to acknowledge I had arrived and to explain the lateness which I found incredibly rude, I had to surmise myself from the fact that the person before me had just sat down from having her hair washed,

Marc was so lovely, he really takes time to understand what you want, and I liked that he asked what products I use at home, so he didn’t use any to style my hair that I wouldn’t use. He’s a gem, and I’ll definitely be going back
