Marc was terrific, really took the time to actually listen to what I told him & offered his own guidance based on that instead of generic pointers. He made me feel genuinely looked after, not just another a run-of-the-mill trim!

Marc is so, so welcoming and really knows how to put you at ease. I was very anxious when I arrived for my very first appointment with him last Friday, having had both a bad experience and hair cut with my last salon, but he was so warm, friendly and professional it was soon forgotten about. He really knows his stuff and will work with you as regards what it is you are looking for i.e. if he doesn't think the hairstyle you are aiming for will suit you he will let you know and come up with a suitable alternative ALL without making you feel awkward / small about yourself. I've already booked my next appointment with him and suggest you do the same! Seriously, you won't regret it!
