I was not disappointed! I had tried a couple of local salons over the last few months in the hope of finding someone who would listen to what I wanted and work with me to produce something I was happy with. All had been frustrating experiences! However, Marc was different. I felt at ease immediately, he knew his stuff, he made suggestions but didn't impose and he gave me plenty of opportunities to suggest slight tweaks throughout the cut. I felt it was a joint effort. I came away really pleased, knowing I had found someone I wanted to go back to. I'd highly recommend Marc.
