Visited Evolve and found a welcoming atmosphere and was greeted professionally.
After a consultation, I had my treatment which was delivered well. I have had a few problems with my back but Josh explained that with his help he would be able to massage my pain away. At the moment my back does certainly feel so much better.
I would recommend a visit to anyone who is suffering and wants help.
The gym was hard to find. Not accurate on Google maps and bad communication with owner was 30 minutes early trying to find place and by the time owner answered and I got to venue I was given a 25 minute massage when I paid for 1 hour. Was made to feel like it was my fault.
During the massage his nails were sharp and I could just feel them digging into my skin. Was not a pleasant experience, was rushed out after it, Definetly won't be returning.
