Great sports massage and I will visit again. However, in these times more attention to detail needed with cleaning those hard to reach spots (under the massage table could do with a wipe). Does put me off but could do others.

Great Experience at Evolve Health & Fitness. Easy to book online. I had originally booked in for a Deep Tissue Massage but after Josh had assessed my history and posture he recommended a Sports Massage. The option was still mine however, I went with Josh's experience and wasn't disappointed. My muscles feel much looser and relaxed. I have booked a second session and fully recommend.

Unfortunately the environment was totally inappropriate. It was dirty and busy, with office like lights, making impossible to relax and enjoy the massage. When I arrived the therapist sprayed some unidentified spray on the bed cover and then put some paper on it, which ended up sticking up on all my body at the end of the massage session. That clearly told me that the bed cover was not clean at all. Moreover, the cover did not have the hole for the face making it impossible to lay with face down

Josh was spot on. Diagnosed my issue . Informed me at every point in the process.
Checked on my comfort at all points ensured I understood the treatment.
Designed a stretching plan to supplement the hands on treatment.
Definitely use again, next week
