Well, after booking my first ever nail treatment, and not knowing what to expect... I had book gel overlays. What I actually got was an hour sat in silence and a basic manicure and polish for the price of the gel overlays i had booked for. Didn’t even ask my name or what I had booked for as I walked through the door. I stated as I sat down I wanted gel overlays. Extremely disappointed and going on holiday with the nails I didn’t want. I walked out in disbelief and actually asked around if it was me that had got things wrong. Not a happy customer
Absolutely love my nails, they have done a great job with them. And good value for money too. The only thing that kind of made it not so good for me is that when I went in, I had booked via Treatwell and they did not know I was coming. They said that the app had not worked, and as a result my appointment had overlapped with someone else's. Of course, this is not their fault! But it made me feel really guilty like it was my fault. Especially because the lady who did my nails was saying "you must ALWAYS phone, if you book on treatwell!" But I had never been there before... so I don't know how I was supposed to know that. 😞 I think if they know there are problems with this app, maybe take themselves off the app until the problems are fixed.
Anyway in summary I really love my nails but I won't be coming back because I don't think I'm wanted there. I felt like i was just an inconvenience.
