Such a lovely experience at Exhale Spa West, thank you so much to Kristen who gave me an amazing massage and deluxe pedicure, I feel so relaxed and ready for my holiday! Will definitely be returning :)

Chantelle did my nails however unfortunately the gel came off 4 of my nails within the first 24 hours. The manager offered to fix my nails and had to completely re-do them. I loved them at first (especially the colour!) but unfortunately the chrome came away and the nails chipped within the first week. My actual nails also felt much weaker and broke. I went to my usual salon, which is further away, to have them redone and they were surprised with the state my nails were in.
