I have been to this salon previously and had an amazing experience, my recent experience was a little disappointing.
Staff took 10 minutes over our treatment time to greet us at reception. No check of skin type or asked if any areas on concern for the facial. No advice given or idea of products used at end of treatment.
Facing with my head through the hole in the bed, I had a lovely view of an open bin.Massage was firm with strong hands, the sequence of moves was quite boring. No water offered
