I had a few difficulties altering my appointment (in good time) and the staff member I spoke to on the phone was very aggressive and harsh with me which made me feel anxious coming for the appointment. I had a different therapist on the day who was friendly but filed my nails right the way back without checking with me and they were quite raw on the nail bed which was a bit sore. It was just quite a lot of money to spend for feeling anxious from staff and to have sore toes

I had the most relaxing treatment ever and my skin feels so clean and great after. Can’t wait to go back
