Disappointed as the 'senior therapist' cut my cuticles , too harsh, 2 areas were bleeding . Quite sore this morning. When she applied stuff on it afterwards I said it stings, she said it's OK! No apologies. Won't be going there again.

Had a great time. Very relaxing. Place was clean and staff was professional. The Men’s facial was definitely worth it for the price!
