I cannot fault Exhale. I have been going since the end of last year, and it was the best choice I made.
The entire team are superb. Lena is my regular, and she is incredibly professional, expert and one of the best.
Somehow, I have onboarded my entire family to Exhale’s services, and not one of them has had a bad word to say. I have had numerous treatments, and regularly go back for manicures and pedicures. I cannot rate them highly enough, and I recommend them to all without reservation.

Incredible massage!
I have a lot of tightness in my shoulders and Lena did a superb job- checking if the pressure was okay and explaining areas she was going to spend more/ less time on and asking if that was okay too. Very relaxing and my back and shoulders have felt much better since. Thank you!
