Good communication. I was contacted and informed that my therapist was not in but I could still be treated by someone else. Treated by Syra who was all the things listed above and much more. The experience was relaxed and unhurried, procedure explained to me before hand. Lovely massage with the treatment

This was my first microderm session and after such pleasant experience with Ellen, I’ll be booking regular visits.My skin looks cleaner, smoother and brighter although apart of the standard Elemis products used, there was no additional facial products applied.
I highly recommend this treatment and therapist herself!

My therapist was excellent. Thorough, considerate , highly skilled and very pleasant. I think I would have liked soothing music to be played rather than what felt like a radio station. The salon is beautiful and the staff are superb.
