Probably one of the worst massage I’ve ever had. It felt as though the lady doing the massage had never done one before. The place was dirty. It was supposed to be a 45 minute massage but the massage finished after 35 minutes. When I queried this with the receptionist she commented that it’s only supposed to be a 40 minute massage with 5 minutes to change. Have been going to the other exhale for years and they are all amazing, don’t think I will use this exhale again

Not happy with how this treatment went. The cuticles around four of my nails were cut and bleeding and this was brushed off by the nail artist. I phoned a day later to say that it was causing me pain and was offered cuticle treatment. Before I went back in, one nail had started bleeding so I asked for a partial refund as the experience hadn't been worth it. Was pointblank refused a refund/partial refund, supposedly because I booked through treatwell... Will not be going back or recommending.
