Great value facial & massage ( think it was the mini spa experience). Really good quality ingredients and lovely attention to detail in keeping the room warm and comfortable, etc.
Only areas they could improve would be perhaps ask a little more about specific skin concerns or requirements, but assume you get that if you have one of the longer/more specific facials.

Yooz was amazing! Talked about the colour of my tint before applying as I was concerned it could be too dark. She showed me half way through to check i was happy with the shape!
