When I arrived for my appt., I realised I'd booked the wrong venue by mistake (I didn't know that Exhale has 2 spas in Didsbury!) The girl I spoke to at the East Didsbury salon was really helpful, told me the quickest way to get to the other location, and even called them for me and had my appt put back 10 minutes to give me time to get there and still have the full appt. Great customer service! When I got to the correct location the spa was lovely and the massage amazing - highly recommend

Lovely staff!! However they got us to leave before our nails were dry. Now the nails are a mess.
Wouldn’t go back because we felt rushed out.
