Sarah was fantastic. Made me comfortable.i wasn't well, bit nothing was too much trouble for Sarah or Wait A the owner. A great experience, I was a little apprehensive, but treatment was quite pain free, Sarah kept talking to me, explaining what was happening....so the time went fast, no time to think about it!!

I have booked my Mother's Day treat already !!! A spa visit with my daughter and best friend!! Mud Bath..We can't wait to experience the private facilities.

Great local spa. A hidden gem!! Stumbled across this place via google a while back and used them every since. I always receive great service when I have a treatment at Exhale Therapy and always leave feeling calm, refreshed and smiling. I’ve actually had better service and treatments at Exhale Therapy than at more expensive well known spas. The Hammam treatment with a massage is a great present for someone special (I think I’ve gifted that treatment to pretty much everyone I know). I genuinely would recommend this place for spa treatments x
