I booked for a facial massage only but said I had been before. Alla appears to know her stuff and going by review I did as she advised and had a microdermabrasion ending up £60 extra. My face didn't really seem too different and the red spot she said she could remove she injected and has now made a large red mark instead of a scab as she promised. The icing on the cake was when her credit card machine didn't work she escorted me to the bank. We also had to reschedule appointment time. Not the first time I've had a problem with that! A good earner I would say although she appears to know things.
