Carol made me feel at ease, all the procedures in place were very reassuring and I felt very safe. It is a little uncomfortable wearing a face covering in the hot weather but this is completely understandable and necessary. Very happy to have my first hair cut after lockdown, Carol completely transformed my hair and I would recommend without reservation.
