I was made to feel at ease and really important. I was offered plenty of teas. I never really know what is best for my hair, but Carol used her expertise to cut and colour it. She found colours that would complement my skin tones. I now have hair that is a blend of beautiful tones. She definitely knows her craft. I have had lots and lots of complements about my hair. I was really down and now I just feel wonderful. I look in the mirror and cannot believe I have hair this wonderful. It makes me giddy. Thank you Carol you are truly the best hairdresser I have ever had.
