Carol was well prepared after lockdown, She did an allergy test on me prior to my appointment so knew all was good to go. Went through my hair and explained the best thing to do. Carol made me feel really safe and followed all the necessary rules regarding Covid. I felt very at ease.
My hair feels amazing, I had a fab Olaplex treatment which I can highly recommend.
Great result, I feel more like me now, fantastic cut and colour as always from an extremely experienced hairdresser.

Carol was friendly, caring, thoroughly professional and meticulous in observing Covid precautions . She explained at each stage what she was going to do and why , she was attentive and caring. It was my first visit to her and to the salon. She had been recommended by my previous stylist when he retired and I am so glad he did! I think I have found a friend as well as someone to make my hair look really great!
