The manager or the owner I don’t know exactly what’s her position, but it looks she’s the one in charge. A middle age woman with glasses, cannot be more impolite and rude. She talk to you like you own her something.
Also I had to go back because after A WEEK two of my nails fell off, I had to be for a week with no nails in two of my finger since I couldn’t go to put them back. When I went and I tried to explain the woman so so rude, the guy who did them was even ruder
