Booked via Treatwell for a certain person Amy. Got in to shop and they gave me someone else so i just went to him. Started doing my nails and I wanted ombré acrylics, he got the white tips out and stuck them on very uneven to my natural nails and then got the nail clippers out and before I could say yes or no to the length he cut them soo short. So I said to him it’s too short and he had the cheek to say I wanted them this short. So at the end I just told him to take them all off. Then started talking in his own language so I guess he was slagging me off to his colleagues. He just didn’t have no concentration whatsoever. Very bad service.

I have very dry hard skin on my heels and have had pedicures in the past that only slightly removed this skin. My pedicure at this salon was amazing, no more horrible cracked skin. I felt I was walking on air!!!!
