Haven’t got top coat on one of my nails and it’s gone sticky

I arrived early, but did not have Jenny. I was instead given a pedicure by a gentleman who should not have been working there in the first place as he did not know how to give a pedicure. I was very disappointed by the experience and as someone who has regular pedicures I chose this place as it was close to home. My nail was cut slanted and cuticles were not done properly. I would not recommend this establishment.
