Made my appointment with Amy but ended up with the middle aged guy. He seemed to get frustrated by the fact I couldn’t keep my pinky out the way and couldn’t relax my hands. Wasn’t purposely trying to make his job hard, I just find it hard to relax my hands particularly when getting my nails filed. End result is average - nails are all different lengths. Bad attitude - don’t work in a customer facing role! Bad finish. Avoid.

Showed the nail tech a picture of the nails I wanted and he was able to get it right on point! Only reason I took off a star rating off is because I was seen 30mins after my scheduled time.
