I had a simple shellac done at this place before and it was ok. I think if it’s something simple, you won’t have problems. Communication is really poor. But yesterday was different. The treatment was meant to last only 40min (extension and SNS) but it took 2h because the person performing had no experience on doing it. After 1.5h he gave up and asked another person to finish it. The second guy was clearly without any patience. I didn’t complaint or was rude at any point for him to behave like that. I guess this is not the place for customer service at all. So again, keep it simple. I saw other ladies unsatisfied yesterday, but due to their poor English nothing was sorted.
