Hi this is the second time i have been there and i love my hair it is incredibly straight.
it was the first time I'd come here - I had to get my hair done last minute ahead of my cousin's engagement party.
The staff were very friendly and chatty: they were running 20 mins late but made me feel welcome and at ease. The manager was particularly nice and we had a nice chat about general stuff.
My hair held the style really nicely and it looked fantastic at the event I attended. However, my only issue was the products they used in my hair. I'm not sure what was used, but it has unfortunately dried out my scalp and made an underlying minor skin condition, that I have had for years, flare up very badly - which it hasn't done for over 4 years.
It's a pity because it's a lovely salon with wonderful and warm staff. If you have skin problems or scalp conditions, please ask them to use a product that's gentler.
I'd definitely go again, but would ask them to be careful with what type of shampoo they use.
Excellent massage. Very good value for money.
The massage was effective in easing muscle tension and I felt relaxed after.
Tan was really even and the lady who applied it was knowledgable and helpful.
