Kelly did everything possible to ensure I had a relaxing experience. Definitely recommend the salon and the treatment. I will return when I need de-stressing in the near future.
Was booked in with someone who was on leave, asked for 3-4 inches to be taken off and came out with 6 inch shorter hair. Cut was uneven, blunt and different lengths on each side and at the back. Would definitely not recommend.
The massage was fine given the price (I had a money off voucher). The lady was very pleasant and welcoming. The actual treatment room was quite poky and I just could not get on with the brown fleece blanket on the treatment bed - you would ordinarily expect towels which were replaced - I did question whether this was replaced after each treatment. One word of caution - the massage is 45 mins - this maybe due to the fact that I was 5 mins late but with the waiting and faffing (not my fault) the massage ended at exactly an hour after the appointment. Overall for the price given I had £10 off I would say I was fairly happy - would I go back? Jury is out at present!
Kelly was incredibly thorough with my wax. And really patient with my pain levels as I hadnt had a wax in a while. Will definitely be returning.
Love visiting this salon in Bromley it's a very friendly and professional salon and my hair always looks perfect
