A lovely salon with very nice staff who make you feel completely welcome. Would definitely recommend coming here for a wax.
Thought the cut could have been better, didn't actually cut the front bits of my hair (the shorter bits) only the obvious bits at the back.. wasn't a bad experience just not great. Plus very quiet in there and felt a bit like you were in someones house...didn't feel very professional
Went in on time but the staff were late (despite the place being dead!). Went in for a wax and after being moved around due to lack of wax, finally ended up in a dingy room with towels that were clearly used (still had make up on it). After all of that, the therapist kept waxing the same spot (which was super painful and left my face glowing red) and to top it all off, she only removed half of my hair! Just glad that I used a voucher for this so only ended up paying a few quid but definitely would not be visiting here again. But I have to say that despite the poor experience the staff were super lovely.
