Great staff and haircut. Staff are always helpful and cut my hair how I have asked for it to be cut.
The lady who carried out my wax would appear to have never carried out a wax before. She had to discontinue the wax unfinished as she could not remove all the wax on my wax. I was advised to go home and have a bath. Disgraceful service.
I had a pedicure at the salon. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome from the manger. Jo,who done the pedicure was excellent, experienced and friendly. I will definitely visit again.
Was a bit rushed and not very professional. It's not the worst haircut I have had but I won't be going back.
Really friendly staff made you feel at ease as this was my first experience of waxing I would defiantly recommend :)
