The staff was very kind and took care of me, my hairstylist suggested me some products for my hair that I bought.
It could be a little bit more clean.
I didn't have any particular hair cut, I have had just the damaged part cut off.
I had shellac manicure done. First, to remove my old one the girl wrapped aceton around my whole fingers, not just nails, which dried out my skin and was burning. Then she scratched the surface of my nails and I was really worried for them. Then when painting nails she caught some cotton on top of the paint later and just covered it with another coat, leaving the surface uneven. Also had nail varnish all around my skin and on cuticle, like it was painted by immateier. When I complained she made unhappy face and said to do washing up, to help to remove it from the skin. The nails don't look good and I'll have to go to someone else to re-do it. Very disappointed and would not go there again.
Hi i had a wash, cut and blowdry done the other day and i just want to thank the staff once again. They were friendly and attentive to my needs. I will be recommending eclupz salon to all my friends and family and i've already booked my next appointment for my hair and i can't wait to see you guys again.
I had a 90 minute treatment here (60 minute massage and 30 minute facial). I really wasn’t impressed and can definitely say it was probably the worst treatment I’ve ever had. Firstly, it only lasted 65 minutes in total. Secondly, the towel in the room was not clean and had not been replaced from the client that had just left. It was still damp with oil and I actually found long black hairs stuck to my legs when I rolled over. The first thing I did when I got home was have a shower! Thirdly, the room itself was dirty which I couldn’t help but notice whilst looking at the floor. It was also extremely noisy with drum and bass music being played next door and the sound of the hairdressers upstairs which made it really difficult to fully relax. The facial was very rushed and it mostly consisted of the lady applying a face mask whilst she sat on her phone and waited. I don’t usually complain or write reviews but I felt so disappointed in this experience that I felt I had to.
Enjoyed my afternoon with the Girls, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Managed to squeeze in some highlights which look great.
