Probably the least relaxing salon experience that I have ever had. The appointment which was scheduled to last 1 hour took 2 and a half, the stairs down to the beauty salon were filthy. Very limited choice of nail colours including only one neutral/pale colour. Within a couple of days a couple of my nails had bubbled up and I had to have them taken off after a week as they were so scruffy looking. I certainly would not return to this salon
I received a colour, cut and blowdry I must say I will come back to the salon as I was welcomed by the receptionist, I was offered a tea and coffee and very shortly after I was introduced to Becca and then was taken over by my stylist who Went thoroughly into detail with what I needed done to my hair, I was very pleased, I bought some amazing products! I will see you all again soon thank you very much for my excellent cut and colour!!
Today I visited and used my groupon voucher for an hour massage and a facial with Chelsey. Pat was friendly on reception and I was lead downstairs to the treatment room. The room was alittle cold for my liking but once the oil was applied I got warmed up. Chelsey was brilliant, asking me occasionally if I was ok, if the pressure was alright etc. I thought corners would be cut because I had used Groupon but no, I got my full time and Chelsey was brilliant....At the end of the massage my feet were covered with hot towels, heaven!!!! Chelsey worked her magic right to the soles of my feet and the tips of my fingers also. The facial was amazing and totally relaxing also. I was not rushed and left to get up and come upstairs when ready. My only critisim was that I would have loved a cup of tea, which I wasnt offered only water. When I got home and looked at my face my skin looked really nice, might have to go back and purchase the products, will definately recommend Chelsey to others.....thanks so much
I had a great spray tan at this salon. The salon is local to me and is huge. Really nicely decorated and luxurious. I'm happy to see they have great ranges of natural products too. The spray tan itself was quick and professionally done. I will return for sure for all my beauty treatments.
It was the perfect place for a lazy Saturday afternoon... the facial and back massage were just prefect, however the waxing skills need a bit of improvement. If you are looking for something close to home and with friendly staff then this is the place.
