ok place but lashes were done a bit unprofessionally

Happy with the highlights, really nice colour although having no conditioner meant my hair was really dry and knotty and was quite painful to brush. I understand it was meant to be so the extensions don’t fall out during the maintenance but two of the extensions have already fallen out in just 3 days which is pretty disappointing because I haven’t even washed it yet. Hoping the rest stay in.
