I booked for Inna specifically for her good reviews, but I had someone else instead. It was my first time there and I didn’t know who Inna was until the technician asked if “Inna was coming the next day” to her colleague. The process itself with this technician wasn’t that bad, but I was anxious and annoyed. In the end, my lashes were a lot longer than I wanted and I there were a few dangling still, got them fixed upon request and now looks pretty g. Not bad, but would still be hesitant. Thx tho

Fuming as my appointment got cancelled 10 min before appointment time. Booked 3-4 hours before my appointment no one tried to get in touch with me and inform that they don’t have available space all afternoon, instead received call when I was on my way! What if I would be on a train and no one could contact me, they would tell me that there’s no space when I arrive. Just a friendly advice, don’t get linked with Treatwell if you can’t even check on time who’s booking in!
